Roboze One+400 — Technical data
The One+400 is a desktop printer from the Italian manufacturer Roboze in Bari and was presented in April 2016, followed that autumn by a revision with new dual extruders. It was the high-temperature version of the Roboze One: the extruders reach over 400 °C, so PEEK and PEI can be printed. Instead of toothed belts, racks and pinions move the axes, which Roboze used to avoid belt play and stretch. The build volume measures 200 × 200 × 200 mm, the bed heats to 150 °C, and layers range from 50 to 200 µm. The One+400 Xtreme followed at the end of 2018.
Used, the One+400 is a comparatively simple entry into high-temperature filaments, but extruders and mechanics need attention. Check heater blocks and nozzles of both extruders, the racks for wear and dirt, and the heated bed. As there is no heated chamber, larger PEEK parts warp more easily. Firmware and slicer date from before Prometheus; ask before buying whether Roboze still supplies spare parts for this generation.
