Rapid Shape ONE — Technical data

The ONE is Rapid Shape's smallest DLP printer and was presented in summer 2026. It is aimed at practices and small labs that print crowns, splints, models or surgical guides in-house. Exposure is at 385 nm from below, and the Force Feedback technology measures the separation forces of every layer. The build platform measures 133 × 75 × 100 mm, enough for about two full-arch models laid flat. Rapid Shape quotes ±34 µm in XY and layers from 50 to 150 µm; the unit weighs just 8 kg.

Used ONE printers will at first mostly come from demo stock or briefly used practice set-ups. Check whether resin vats, the optional Rapid Print Kit with four small vats and access to the customer portal are included. Resin bottles are identified by RFID, and the printer runs the resins on the validation list. The vat film should be free of scratches and clouding. The service plan included at purchase runs for one year; whether it passes to a new owner should be agreed with the dealer.
