Prodways Dental Pro 200 — Technical data

The Dental Pro 200 is the top model of Prodways' Dental Pro series and combines two moving UV LED DLP projectors with a 405 nm wavelength. According to the manufacturer it works up to 40 per cent faster than the Dental Pro 100 and holds up to 72 denture bases or 55 dental models per print job. The build volume is at most 300 × 445 × 350 mm, the pixel size 42 µm, with layers of 50–175 µm. As on the single-head model, tray, casting and denture base resins are released in addition to model and aligner resins. The series was presented in October 2024; enclosure and footprint match the earlier LD20.

The Dental Pro 200 is aimed at laboratories and aligner manufacturers with high throughput, so used units often come from production sites with many operating hours. Ask to see the hour counters and light output of both projectors and check the transition zone with a test print. Vats, platforms and post-processing equipment belong to the overall package and should be listed. As Prodways intends to sell its Systems division, a binding commitment on service and resin supply is advisable before purchase.
