Prodways Dental Pro 100 — Technical data

The Dental Pro 100 is the single-head model of the 405 nm line in the Dental Pro series that Prodways has offered since October 2024. A UV LED DLP projector delivering 90 mW/cm² travels over the vat and exposes a build volume of up to 300 × 445 × 350 mm at a 42 µm pixel size, with layers of 50–175 µm. The 405 nm wavelength broadens the resin range: besides model, aligner and denture base resins, tray, casting and clear resins are released. A special metal platform is available for hollow aligner models. Dimensions, a weight of around 510 kg and the power connection match the other models in the series.

A used Dental Pro 100 suits laboratories that want to cover many indications on one machine. Check which platform types are included, as granite, perforated and metal platforms serve different applications. Projector hours, vat films and calibration across the whole build area are also part of the inspection. Clarify whether resin approvals and medical device documentation for the unit are transferable and who will provide service after the announced sale of Prodways' Systems division.
