Prodways Dental Pro 10 — Technical data

The Dental Pro 10 is the base model of Prodways' Dental Pro series presented in October 2024, which is based on MOVINGLight technology: a UV LED DLP head travels over the resin vat and exposes the build area section by section at a 42 µm pixel size. The 10 uses a single head at 385 nm and 90 mW/cm². The maximum build volume is 300 × 445 × 350 mm, layer thickness 50–175 µm; platforms are available in granite, perforated or metal. Enclosure, dimensions of 855 × 1,100 × 1,780 mm and around 510 kg match the earlier LD series. Unlike the 405 nm models, the manufacturer does not designate it for tray resins.

Used Dental Pro 10 units are still young and rare. Pay attention to the wavelength, as 385 nm and 405 nm machines need different resins, and many dental resins are validated for only one of them. Check projector hours, platform type and the vats supplied. As Prodways is pursuing the sale of its Systems division, clarify who will supply service, spare parts and resins in future; a manufacturer warranty is often tied to the first buyer.
