PostProcess DEMI 910 — Technical data

The DEMI 910 is a variant of the large DEMI platform that PostProcess introduced in 2021 together with Carbon for its L1 and M2 DLS printers. In the 151-litre tank with 460 mm edges, the unit cleans resin parts directly on the build platform: a fixture holds one L1 platform or two M2 platforms. It works with cavitation, dual agitation and 1,750 W of ultrasonics at no more than 43 °C, plus a specially developed detergent. Approved resins included EPU 41, EPX 82, RPU 70 and UMA 90. Filled, the system weighs about 476 kg and requires 230 V at 20 A.

A used DEMI 910 is mainly of interest to operators of Carbon printers, as fixture and recipes are tailored to them. Check that the platform holder is complete and suits your own printer generation. Ultrasonic transducers, heater, pumps and seals should be in order and the filters fresh. Ask for the safety data sheet and remaining stock of detergent as well as the AUTOMAT3D recipes. As the model is no longer offered, clarify supply of parts and detergent in advance.
