PostProcess CENTI — Technical data

The CENTI is PostProcess Technologies' benchtop unit for removing support material and resin residue from small parts. A tank of about 19 litres with a work area of 460 × 250 × 150 mm holds the parts; the control moves the bath with adapted agitation and keeps it at a temperature between roughly 21 and 69 °C. There were dedicated detergents for PolyJet, FDM and SLA or CLIP parts. The unit measures about 60 × 46 × 39 cm, weighs only around 16 kg empty and runs on 110 or 240 V. The brochure dates from 2019, and the unit no longer appears in current dealer listings.

Used, the CENTI suits labs with a few parts per day. Check heater, pump and temperature sensor, the tank for cracks or discolouration and the lid for tightness. Clarify which voltage the unit is built for, as the documents mention a NEMA plug. Detergent with safety data sheet must still be obtainable, and disposal of the spent solution should be arranged.
