Pollen AM Pam Pro — Technical data

The Pam Pro is Pollen AM's largest printer and was presented in June 2025 at TCT 3Sixty in Birmingham. Unlike the round pam o2 units, it is a box-shaped production machine with a 680 × 680 × 500 mm build volume and weighs 330 kg. Two independent extruders (IDEX) allow mirrored or multi-material printing; extrusion reaches 300 °C and the bed 150 °C. Pellets are refilled automatically, calibration runs by itself, and a camera records the print. Pollen names materials such as PLA, TPE, TPU and glass-filled PP and PA.

Used Pam Pro units will hardly be on offer for now, as the first machines shipped at the end of 2025. If you find one, record delivery date, remaining warranty and software version, since features such as AI defect detection were added later. Check both extruders with their refill system and level sensor, the nozzles and the door interlocks. At 330 kg and almost 1.9 m tall, the unit needs a pallet truck and a sufficiently high door. Dryer and HEPA filter are optional and not always included.
