Nexa3D xWASH — Technical data

The xWASH is the washing station that Nexa3D launched in August 2021 for its large LSPc printers. It takes two complete build volumes of the NXE machines at once, either still on the build plate or loose in the basket. A motorised Z axis lowers the parts into a Tritan tank holding 36 to 40 litres depending on the source; agitation runs in both directions at adjustable speed, and time and cycle are selected on the touchscreen. It is matched to the xCLEAN cleaning agent. It weighs around 50 kg and needs only a standard single-phase connection.

A used xWASH is worthwhile mainly together with an NXE400, NXE200 or XiP Pro, as it was developed for their workflow. Check tank and seals for cracks and resin residue, the lifting mechanism, the agitation drive and the inlet and drain. Since Nexa3D has supplied no parts since the end of 2024, replacement baskets or seals are hard to find. Clarify beforehand whether xCLEAN is still available or another cleaning agent is suitable; the station belongs on a table 30 to 60 cm high.
