Nexa3D XiP Pro — Technical data

The XiP Pro appeared in May 2023 and, despite its name, is not an upgraded XiP but a considerably larger benchtop machine. At 292 × 163 × 410 mm, around 19.5 litres, its build volume even exceeds that of the NXE400. Exposure uses a structured light matrix at 405 nm and a 7K LCD with a 46 µm pixel size; anti-aliasing allows 23 µm sub-pixels. Layer thickness ranges from 25 to 200 µm. The unit measures 622 × 447 × 897 mm, weighs 77 kg and runs on 100–240 V with a maximum of 950 W.

Buyers get Nexa3D's newest and largest resin platform here, but without a manufacturer behind it: after the shutdown at the end of 2024 Stratasys took over the intellectual property and provides only non-binding help through iSQUARED. Check the LCD panel, vat and membrane, the number of print hours and the NexaX Pro activation. The installation room must offer 20–25 °C and humidity below 70 %; ideally take over xWASH and xCURE as well.

1 · Buy

Matching used machines for this material and build volume.

2 · Let us search

Nothing suitable? We will search for you – or get an e-mail as soon as a matching machine comes in.

3 · Have parts printed

Not worth your own machine? We produce your parts – request from the LayerByLayer 3D printing service.

Buy or have it printed? For small or changing quantities, having parts printed is often cheaper than your own machine. If you regularly fill many build jobs, your own machine pays off.
