Nexa3D XiP — Technical data
The XiP was Nexa3D's first desktop printer. It was unveiled at Formnext in November 2021 and shipped from mid-2022, initially in North America. It brings the LSPc process of the industrial machines into a compact 420 × 350 × 530 mm housing: a 405 nm LED light source exposes through a 9.3-inch monochrome 4K LCD with a 52 µm pixel size. Later manufacturer documents give the build volume as 190 × 120 × 210 mm, around 4.8 litres. Resins come in chipped cartridges, and a dedicated wash and cure station was available for post-processing.
Second-hand, the XiP is a compact resin printer, but with one restriction: third-party resins could only be used with a NexaX Pro subscription, and since Nexa3D shut down at the end of 2024 it is uncertain whether the subscription and original cartridges can still be obtained. So clarify which software tier is unlocked and how many cartridges are included. Also inspect LCD, vat and membrane for damage and ask whether the Wash+Cure station and air filter are part of the package.
