Nexa3D NXE400Pro — Technical data

The NXE400Pro is the professional version of Nexa3D's large LSPc resin printer, introduced in 2022. Compared with the NXE400 it gained an armoured light engine, a revised membrane interface, automatic homing and build plates that are easier to clean, plus a NexaX release with automatic stacking and nesting. The build volume stayed at around 274 × 155 × 400 mm and the floor-standing unit weighs about 160 kg. With the Pro series Nexa3D also opened the platform to more viscous third-party resins. Existing NXE400 units could be converted by the user with a kit, so both factory-built and retrofitted machines exist.

For a second-hand purchase the supply situation matters most: Nexa3D ended operations at the end of 2024, and since mid-2025 Stratasys has held the patents and a limited parts stock, helping only on a best-effort basis. Ideally buy spare membranes, resin vats and build plates along with the machine and check the condition of the light engine. Also clarify which resins are included, whether NexaX keeps working without a manufacturer account and whether xWASH and xCURE are part of the deal.
