Nexa3D NXE200 — Technical data
Nexa3D launched the NXE200 in spring 2022 as a smaller entry point into its LSPc technology. It shares the housing and footprint of the NXE400 but, at 275 × 155 × 200 mm, offers only half the build height, roughly 8.5 litres. Exposure is through a 4K LCD mask with a 76.5 µm pixel pitch, and layer thickness can be set to 50, 100 or 200 µm. The launch package included the Everlast 2 membrane and NexaX 2.0 software; washing and curing are handled by xWASH and xCURE. As with its larger sibling, a Pro upgrade was offered.
Second-hand, the NXE200 suits smaller batches of functional parts where the lower build height is sufficient. As Nexa3D gave up at the end of 2024 and Stratasys now helps only to a limited extent, a stock of membranes, resin vats and a working LCD are decisive. The machine weighs around 160 kg and needs a fixed location in a temperature-controlled room. Check beforehand whether the Pro kit is fitted, which software version is running and whether resins and post-processing equipment are included.
