MiiCraft Prime 4K — Technical data

The Prime 4K is MiiCraft's benchtop DLP printer for high detail. A 4K projector with 3,840 × 2,160 pixels produces a 39 µm XY grid on a 150 × 84.5 mm build area; build height is 120 mm and layer thickness can be set from 5 to 500 µm. The LED light works at 385 or 405 nm. A built-in heater warms more viscous industrial resins, a tilting vat reduces peel forces, and RFID records resin batches. At 50 × 57 × 59 cm and 56 kg it needs a sturdy lab bench. It was preceded by the Prime 110 and 150 models with the same housing dimensions.

When buying a used Prime 4K, the film and vat, which MiiCraft lists as wear parts, matter most, along with LED brightness and hours. Clarify whether the heater regulates reliably and which wavelength is fitted, as resin choice depends on it. Platform, firmware version, RFID reader and the external power supply should also be checked. The open material system makes continued operation with third-party resins easier if the previous resins are no longer available.
