MakerBot Replicator Mini+ — Technical data

The MakerBot Replicator Mini+ is the smallest printer of the Replicator family and was launched in 2016 alongside the Replicator+. It prints 1.75 mm PLA through the swappable Smart Extruder+ on an unheated plate and offers a 101 × 126 × 126 mm build volume. There is no display in the classic sense; it is controlled via MakerBot Print on a computer or the mobile app, connected via USB, Wi-Fi or Ethernet. A built-in camera shows print progress remotely.

Used, the Mini+ is a cheap entry for simple PLA parts, but not a work tool for larger batches. Watch a test print before buying, as the Smart Extruder+ is the most expensive spare part and determines the value. The build plate should be flat and clean and the axes should run without rattling. As MakerBot software for this model is no longer developed, check whether it still runs on your own computer. Parts are now available almost only from remaining stock.
