Lynxter S300X LIQ — Technical data
The S300X in its LIQ21 | LIQ11 configuration is a silicone printer from Lynxter that was announced at the end of 2022 and shipped from 2023. Two independently moving heads share the work: the two-component LIQ21 head mixes and deposits the actual part, while the single-component LIQ11 head builds water-soluble support. The build volume measures 300 × 250 × 200 mm, and build plate and chamber are heated to up to 80 and 40 °C respectively. It processes RTV2 silicones from 5 to 45 Shore A, including skin-compatible medical grades, as well as polyurethanes. The NEST GEL and POWDER add-on modules followed later, and software and hardware updates came in 2025.
Second-hand, the machine is attractive for prototypes and small batches in real silicone rather than silicone-like resin. The condition of the dispensing units is important: cured residue in mixers, cartridge holders and lines is hard to remove. Also check the filters, calibration sensors and build plate, and ask about the firmware version, as the 2025 updates improved operation and head changes. Lynxter is active, and materials and parts are available directly from the manufacturer or through resellers.
