The S300X in its FIL11 | FIL11 configuration is a filament printer from Lynxter, presented by the manufacturer in autumn 2024 ahead of Formnext. It draws on experience with the silicone version but works with two independent direct-drive extruders up to 500 °C, which can be used for duplicate, mirror, dual-material and support printing. The build volume measures 300 × 250 × 280 mm, the chamber reaches 80 °C and the bed 160 °C. Lynxter quotes travel speeds of up to 1,000 mm/s and an output of 24 mm³/s with a 0.4 mm nozzle. A built-in dryer holds two spools at up to 60 °C.

Anyone taking over a used S300X FIL should look at the extruders first: abrasive fillers such as carbon fibre and the high temperatures needed for PEKK wear nozzles, heater blocks and drive gears. Further checks include the calibration of both heads relative to each other, the chamber heating, the filters and the dryer. As the model is still in the range, spare parts should be obtainable from Lynxter or resellers; still clarify the firmware version and the licence for the Simplify3D slicer. Operation requires only 230 V at 8 A.
