Lithoz CeraFab System S320 — Technical data

The CeraFab System S320 is the large-format model in Lithoz's LCM System series and should not be confused with the older S230. With the same 1.05 × 0.85 m footprint, the product page states a build area of 257.6 × 135.8 mm, about five times that of the S65, with a build height of 320 mm. A 4K projector at 405 nm exposes with 63 µm lateral resolution, and layers range from 20 to 200 µm. Two automatic dispensers of 650 g each allow long overnight runs. Lithoz aims it at series production of medium-sized components or many small parts per build job.

As the S320 has only recently been on offer, used units are young and often still under manufacturer service. Have projector hours, calibration reports and the condition of the large vat documented; spare vats and blades should be available. It is important that chamber heating and both dispensers work properly. Operation needs a yellow-light room with a stable climate and oil-free compressed air. Clarify material licences, any tie to Lithoz slurries and the transferability of CeraControl. Large green parts need debinding and sintering furnaces of suitable size, which must be sourced separately.
