Lithoz CeraFab System S25 — Technical data
The CeraFab System S25 is the smallest and finest model in Lithoz's LCM System series. With the same housing as the S65 and S320, the build area is reduced to 64 × 40 mm, while the projector achieves 25 µm lateral resolution; build height is 320 mm. Layers of 10 to 100 µm and up to 150 layers per hour are possible. The unit is intended for microstructures, fine channels and small precision parts in technical ceramics, for example in aerospace, industry or research. Exposure is by DLP at WQXGA resolution; according to the 2019 data sheet a water-cooled LED light source was optional.
A used S25 is worthwhile mainly for users who really need small structures; for larger parts an S65 is more economical. Check projector hours, focus and uniformity of exposure, since deviations show immediately at 25 µm. Vats and blades are wear parts, so their stock and condition are part of the assessment. The machine needs yellow light, constant temperature and dry, oil-free compressed air. Check material approvals, whether your own slurries are allowed and whether software modules are transferable. Furnaces for debinding and sintering must be planned for separately.
