Lithoz CeraClean LITH 2 — Technical data
The CeraClean LITH 2, also listed on the Lithoz website as CeraCleaning Station Ultra, is a cleaning workstation for freshly printed green parts from the LCM systems. After printing, unexposed slurry still adheres to the parts and must be removed thoroughly before debinding. The operator uses an airbrush gun with a 0.5 mm nozzle in an extracted work area of about 45 × 72 cm. Extraction of 140 m³/h and a two-stage particle and gas filter keep vapours away from the workplace, and yellow glass protects the light-sensitive parts. The benchtop unit weighs 120 kg and runs on 110 to 230 V.
Used, the station is a sensible addition to an LCM machine, because without proper cleaning the dimensional accuracy and surface of sintered parts suffer. Check the condition of the filter stages and ask about spare filters, as saturated gas filters lose their effect. Fans, seals and the yellow glass should be undamaged, and the airbrush gun with containers complete. The site needs compressed air up to 8 bar, dry and oil-free. Clarify which cleaning agent was used and whether it suits your own slurries. Filters and spare parts are best sourced via Lithoz.
