Intamsys FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO — Technical data

Intamsys presented the FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO in autumn 2024 as a faster development of the 310 range. Frame, 305 × 260 × 260 mm build volume and the IDEX principle with two independent print heads remain; new are nozzles rated to 350 °C, a flexible magnetic plate with 100-point levelling and kinematics for up to 500 mm/s at 10,000 mm/s² acceleration. The chamber is actively heated to 100 °C, HEPA and activated carbon filters clean the exhaust, and an external box keeps two spools dry. For production environments there is an SDK and API for MES integration.

Being a young model, a used NEO usually comes from demo stock, leases or abandoned projects. Warranty status and service contract should be transferable; best clarify this with Intamsys beforehand. Check both print heads in mirror mode, the spring steel plate, filter condition and the molecular sieve of the filament box. At high speeds belts and bearings wear faster, so ask about operating hours. Have the seller reset network and MES connections and transfer the slicer licence.
