HP Jet Fusion 3D Powder Handling Automation Solution — Technical data

The HP Jet Fusion 3D Powder Handling Automation Solution is a closed, pneumatically connected material system for MJF production with several printers. It conveys powder automatically between stations, allows flexible mixing ratios of new and recycled powder and logs batches and powder generations, which improves traceability in series production. HP introduced the system in May 2023 at RAPID + TCT; it is compatible with the 5200 series and the 5600 and approved for HP 3D HR PA 12 from Evonik. According to HP's data sheet, the system serves up to 20 printers and needs a three-phase supply (380–415 V, 7 kW) and compressed air at 7 bar or more; recycled powder is stored in containers holding up to 336 kg.

A used system only makes sense if it fits the existing line and can be professionally reinstalled – piping, compressed air and software integration are site-specific. Buyers should clarify the complete component list, installation plans, service records and whether the batch-tracking software can be transferred.
