HP Jet Fusion 380 Color — Technical data

The HP Jet Fusion 380 Color was the colour-capable model of the smaller 300 series, which HP introduced in February 2018 together with the 500 series. It was intended for users who mainly print smaller parts in colour, such as visual models, colour-coded prototypes or teaching aids. At around 254 × 190 × 248 mm, the build volume is smaller than on the 580, and the minimum layer thickness is 0.08 mm. It prints with HP 3D High Reusability CB PA 12. The system is discontinued; HP lists the 300 series only in its support area, and reliable data sheets were no longer available.

For a used 380 Color, supply is the main issue: colour printheads, colour agents and CB PA 12 powder must still be obtainable. Print hours, service history and colour calibration should also be documented. Since technical data are patchy, ask the seller for the rating plate, electrical connection and software version.
