HP Jet Fusion 340 — Technical data

The HP Jet Fusion 340 was the entry model of the 300/500 family introduced in 2018 and prints monochrome parts in black or white. HP intended the 300 series for users with smaller parts and the 500 series for larger parts and higher volumes. The 340's build volume is around 254 × 190 × 248 mm, with layers from 0.08 mm. The material is HP 3D High Reusability CB PA 12, whose mechanical properties HP says are similar to the PA 12 used on the large systems. Its colour counterpart is the 380 Color. The series is discontinued and only listed in HP's support area.

A used 340 suits training or occasional prototyping, provided consumables and printheads can still be sourced. Check operating hours, the condition of lamps and printheads, the function of the integrated powder handling and the software version. In the absence of complete data sheets, ask the seller for electrical ratings and weight.
