HP HP4200 Processing Station ohne Build Units — Technical data

The HP Jet Fusion 3D Processing Station with Fast Cooling was the standard powder station for the 4200 and 4210 printers and could also be used with the 3200. It automatically mixes, sieves and loads powder, takes the build unit for semi-manual unpacking under an extraction hood and shortens the wait before parts can be removed with a cooling module. An external storage tank simplifies material changes. HP recommends fast cooling only for PA 12 and PA 12 GB. It runs single-phase at 2.6 kW. It is discontinued along with the 4200 platform.

When buying used, check that the cooling module works, the state of sieve, fans and filters, and whether the tank is clean and contains only one material. Since support and consumables for the 4200 are promised until 2029, clarify spare parts supply for the station in good time.
