Farsoon UT252P — Technical data

The UT252P is the ultra-high-temperature version of the 252P series. Its process chamber reaches 340 °C, which according to Farsoon allows PAEK-family materials to be sintered; it is the only model in the series with this release. The 100 W CO₂ laser scans at up to 10 m/s in the 250 × 250 × 320 mm build cylinder. At around 2.2 t it is heavier than the HT252P and ST252P. Typical fields are aerospace, medical technology and research, where high-temperature-resistant polymers are required.

A used UT252P is a specialist machine whose value depends heavily on the condition of the high-temperature system: heaters, insulation, seals, thermocouples and pyrometers should be checked and calibrated. Laser output, scanner and laser window come on top. PAEK powder is expensive, so assess any remaining stock and how it was stored. Documented process parameters, licence transfer and whether Farsoon Europe services this version are also decisive.
