Farsoon HT403P — Technical data

The HT403P was the high-temperature machine of Farsoon's first 403P generation. A 100 W CO₂ laser scanning at up to 15.2 m/s sinters parts in a 400 × 400 × 450 mm build cylinder, with a 540 mm height as an option. With a maximum chamber temperature of 220 °C it was, according to the 2022 data sheet, the only version in the series able to process PA6 materials such as FS6140GF and Ultrasint PA6. The housing measures 2,470 × 1,500 × 2,145 mm. Farsoon now offers the revised HT403P-H, so the HT403P is discontinued.

On a used HT403P, check the cylinder height, as the 540 mm version broadens the range of applications considerably. Inspect laser hours, galvo scanner, heating zones and the process chamber seals, which age faster under frequent high-temperature use. The software already ran on Windows 10; clarify licence transfer and spare parts supply through Farsoon Europe in advance. Any stock of used powder should be assessed separately.
