Farsoon HT1001P — Technical data

The HT1001P is Farsoon's large-format CO₂ laser sintering system for series production and part of the CAMS concept (Continuous Additive Manufacturing Solution). Two 100 W CO₂ lasers expose a 1,000 × 500 × 450 mm build cylinder, and the chamber is heated to 220 °C. The full module with build, cooling and powder stations is 4.3 m long and weighs around five tonnes; powder is fed from the top in a closed loop. The machine is intended for long parts such as air ducts or fairings and for high volumes. Its fibre laser sibling is the Flight HT1001P.

A used HT1001P is a project: dismantling, transport and reassembly of the multi-part module should be planned with Farsoon Europe or an experienced service provider. Check both lasers including overlap calibration, heating zones, recoater, exchangeable cylinders and the closed powder system. The site needs a 50 A three-phase connection, nitrogen and sufficient floor load capacity. Missing module stations reduce the value considerably.
