Farsoon FS621M Pro-6 — Technical data

The FS621M Pro-6 extends the FS621M series with a rectangular 620 × 808 × 1,200 mm build cylinder. Six fibre lasers of 500 W each, or 1,000 W with beam shaping, share the build area, scanning at up to 10 m/s. At around 13 t and 6.3 × 4.1 m with a height of 4.3 m, it is considerably heavier than the FS621M-4 and -6. The greater depth of the build area allows elongated large parts for aerospace, oil and gas or energy. Materials and inert gas demand match the rest of the FS621M series.

A used FS621M Pro-6 is an investment where the laser option strongly influences the value: beam shaping lasers raise the build rate but need suitable parameter sets. Check laser hours, calibration of all overlaps, filters, gas flow, recoater and build platform. Floor load, ceiling height, an 80 A connection and inert gas supply must be clarified before purchase. A service contract with Farsoon Europe should be transferable or open to renegotiation.
