Farsoon FS1311M — Technical data

The FS1311M, also called FS1311M-U, is a large-format metal laser melting system that Farsoon introduced in spring 2026. Its build cylinder measures 1,340 × 1,340 × 1,650 mm, with 1,310 × 1,310 × 1,650 mm usable. Sixteen fibre lasers of 500 W or, with beam shaping, 1,000 W work in parallel; for Ti6Al4V Farsoon quotes up to 1,440 cm³/h at 150 µm layer thickness. The machine weighs around 52 t, the build level is raised and downstream processes are arranged below. A three-station layout, closed powder management and permanent filtration are meant to allow parallel operations. Target groups are aerospace, automotive and energy.

The FS1311M is unlikely to appear as a used machine in the near future. If one is offered, structural load, hall height of at least 6.5 m, crane capacity and an inert gas demand of 25–35 l/min are the first checkpoints. Technically, documentation of all 16 lasers including calibration, filter status and powder circuit count. Plan reassembly and acceptance only together with Farsoon Europe.
