Farsoon FS1211M — Technical data

The FS1211M is a large-format metal laser melting system that Farsoon introduced at the end of 2025. According to the trade press its build volume measures 1,330 × 700 × 1,700 mm, so two axes exceed one metre. With up to 16 lasers the machine is said to build up to 400 cm³ of metal per hour, around 3.2 kg/h for 316L stainless steel. It thus fills the gap between the 800-class machines and the even larger FS1311M and targets long, slender large parts. Further data such as laser power or connected loads had not been published at the time of research.

Used FS1211M machines are unlikely to be traded for some time. If a machine of this size comes onto the market, it is a relocation project: dismantling, transport in modules, foundation and hall height must be coordinated with Farsoon Europe. Documentation of all lasers including calibration, the filter system, powder handling and transferability of warranty and service contract are also decisive.
