Farsoon Flight SS403P-H — Technical data

The Flight SS403P-H is the standard-temperature version of the Flight 403P series. It combines a 300 W fibre laser and a three-axis galvo system scanning at up to 20 m/s with a 400 × 400 × 540 mm build cylinder. The process chamber reaches a maximum of 190 °C, 30 K less than the Flight HT403P-H. That is sufficient for most PA12 and TPU applications, such as series parts for consumer goods, car interiors or fixtures. Housing, weight of around three tonnes and 32 A connection match the HT version. It follows the first-generation Flight SS403P.

When buying a used Flight SS403P-H, check which materials were actually run and whether parameter sets for fibre-laser powders are included. A condition assessment covers laser output, scanner calibration, heating zones, recoater blade and laser window. As fibre lasers can stir up fine powder more, look at filters and inert gas routing.
