Farsoon Flight HT601P-4 — Technical data

The Flight HT601P-4 is a large-format Farsoon polymer laser sintering system for industrial series production. Four 300 W fibre lasers scanning at up to 20 m/s expose a cubic 600 × 600 × 600 mm build cylinder, and the chamber reaches 220 °C. Unlike the 1001P models it is compact, with a 1,862 × 1,832 mm footprint and around 3.3 t, yet it also belongs to the CAMS concept with a powder management system. Farsoon lists PA6, PA11, PA12, PBT and TPU as materials. Within the range it sits between the Flight 403P and the Flight HT1001P.

As the series is still young, used machines are rare and usually well documented. Even so, power measurement of all four lasers, calibration of the overlap zones, the condition of heaters and recoater, and the powder management belong in the inspection. Also check whether warranty or service contracts can be transferred. The site needs a 50 A three-phase connection, nitrogen and enough ceiling height for 2.35 m.
