Farsoon Flight HT403P-H — Technical data

The Flight HT403P-H brings the build volume of the 403P series to Farsoon's Flight technology: instead of a CO₂ laser, a 300 W fibre laser exposes the powder bed and the scanner reaches 20 m/s. This shortens build time especially on large exposure areas. The build cylinder measures 400 × 400 × 540 mm and the chamber is heated to 220 °C; Farsoon lists PA12 grades, PA11 and several TPUs among the materials. The machine targets series producers who need high throughput. Its sister model is the Flight SS403P-H, and the dual-laser Flight HT403P-H-2 offers more output.

When buying used, the checks differ from CO₂ machines: fibre lasers need less maintenance, but beam source and scanner optics should still be documented with a power measurement and calibration record. Many Flight materials are matched to the fibre laser wavelength (suffix -F), so clarify powder supply. Also check heaters, recoater, nitrogen supply and whether software licences can be transferred.
