Eplus3D EP-M825 — Technical data
The EP-M825 closes the gap in Eplus3D's Atlas Line between the EP-M650H and the metre-class systems. Its build volume measures 825 × 825 × 1,100 mm and the chamber around 760 litres. Up to ten fibre lasers of 500 W each, optionally 700 or 1,000 W, work in parallel; the table also lists versions with four to eight lasers. 350 cc/h is quoted in theory, 410 cc/h in the running text. At 36 t, 8.3 m long and almost 5.5 m high, the system needs its own foundation. The year of introduction is not documented.
Since large systems are usually configured individually, a used EP-M825 should be described from the order confirmation and acceptance report: number of lasers, power class, additional modules. The condition of the optics of all lasers and their calibration to each other is decisive, proven by a recent test build. Also check the filter system, recoater, powder loop and safety equipment. Relocation, foundation planning and recommissioning are only realistic with the manufacturer's involvement and belong in the cost calculation.
