Eplus3D EP-M4750 — Technical data

Eplus3D presented the EP-M4750 at its third partner summit in Hangzhou, which also marked the company's tenth anniversary, i.e. around 2024. Its hallmark is an elongated build field of 450 × 750 × 530 mm with more than 170 litres of chamber volume, intended for long parts such as frames, shafts or flow components that would have to be angled in square systems. Two or four fibre lasers of 500 W, optionally 700 or 1,000 W, reach up to 140 cc/h in theory. The system measures around 6.4 × 4.1 m and weighs about 14 t.

As a used machine the EP-M4750 is rare and more likely to be found through project sales. Check whether two or four lasers are fitted and whether the overlap along the long axis is cleanly calibrated; specimens at both ends of the build field reveal this. Gas flow and filters are especially challenged on long fields, so look at the filter history and extraction performance. Manufacturer support for installation and commissioning should be contractually secured.

1 · Buy

Matching used machines for this material and build volume.

2 · Let us search

Nothing suitable? We will search for you – or get an e-mail as soon as a matching machine comes in.

3 · Have parts printed

Not worth your own machine? We produce your parts – request from the LayerByLayer 3D printing service.

Buy or have it printed? For small or changing quantities, having parts printed is often cheaper than your own machine. If you regularly fill many build jobs, your own machine pays off.
