Eplus3D EP-M2050 — Technical data

Eplus3D showed the EP-M2050 at TCT Asia in May 2024 as the next step after the EP-M1550. Its build field measures 2,050 × 2,050 mm at a standard height of 1,100 mm, or up to 2,000 mm on request. Exposure is by 36 fibre lasers in a six-by-six matrix, optionally 49 or 64 lasers, each 500 W or optionally more; the manufacturer quotes up to 1,080 cc/h in theory. The machine is 12.7 m long and 6.5 m high, needs a 53 kW connected load and weighs 127 or 145 t depending on the source. A closed sieving tower can be connected.

There is practically no open used market for the EP-M2050; takeovers of entire production operations are conceivable. In that case, laser configuration, the calibration status of all fields, control and software licences, powder quantities in the system and the connected peripherals must be assessed. Without planning of the hall, foundation, crane, gas supply and safety concept, and contractual support from the manufacturer, relocation makes no sense. Also clarify export requirements.

1 · Buy

Matching used machines for this material and build volume.

2 · Let us search

Nothing suitable? We will search for you – or get an e-mail as soon as a matching machine comes in.

3 · Have parts printed

Not worth your own machine? We produce your parts – request from the LayerByLayer 3D printing service.

Buy or have it printed? For small or changing quantities, having parts printed is often cheaper than your own machine. If you regularly fill many build jobs, your own machine pays off.
