IPCM P plus is EOS's material management for polymer SLS. At its core is the Mixing & Qualification Station, which gravimetrically doses, mixes and conditions virgin and used powder and creates traceable batches with samples. Transport and storage use closed 230-litre Multiboxes, connected via docking stations to EOSINT P 7, EOS P 3 and FORMIGA P 1. According to EOS, the system processes more than 700 litres of powder in less than three hours.

A used IPCM P plus is mainly worthwhile for operations with several SLS systems. Check completeness (station, Multiboxes, docking stations), scale calibration and controls.
