EOS IPCM P — Technical data

IPCM P stands for Integrated Process Chain Management on EOS's plastic systems, i.e. the powder handling around the laser sintering machine. In the EOSINT P generation it covered automatic conveying of powder to the machine, unpacking build jobs and recycling used powder, so that powder is moved in closed systems rather than open containers. For the EOSINT P 395 the data sheet lists a powder conveying system measuring 1,480 × 1,170 × 1,470 mm, for the larger P 800 one of 1,890 × 1,350 × 1,550 mm. EOS still lists IPCM P as an accessory in current data sheets, alongside the extended IPCM P plus.

Used IPCM P components only make sense if they match your own machine, so compare connections, containers and controls with the machine type before buying. Check the completeness of conveyor, containers, hoses and controls, tightness, filters and earthing, as well as the version for combustible dusts. Installation and commissioning should be planned with specialists.
