IPCM M extra is EOS's manual powder handling for metal systems. It consists of a pneumatic conveying module that quickly empties and transports powder from the machine, and a sieving module with an ultrasonic vibrating sieve (standard 63 µm). The system is aimed at operations running several machines or frequently changing materials, and it reduces direct contact with the powder.

Used IPCM M extra units are usually offered together with an EOS M machine. Important points are the condition of the sieve mesh and ultrasonic transducer, cleaning when changing materials, and the explosion protection documentation.
