EOS Auspackstation EOSINT P 7xx — Technical data

The unpacking station for the large EOSINT P systems takes build jobs from machines with a 700 × 380 mm build area, as used in the P 7 series and the high-temperature P 800. In the EOSINT P 800 data sheet EOS lists the station at 1,600 × 800 × 1,370 mm, together with the powder conveying system. Here the parts are freed from the powder cake after cooling; the loose powder is collected and passed on for recycling. Because a full build job of this size contains a lot of powder, orderly, low-dust removal is particularly important.

Used, the station is mainly of interest to operators of a P 7xx or P 800 whose own station is missing or needs replacing. Whether it fits the existing exchangeable frame should be clarified with dimensions or photos before buying. Check extraction, filters, seals and earthing as well as suitability for combustible dusts. Ask about weight and access route for transport and installation beforehand, as they are not documented.
