EOS Auspackstation EOSINT P 3xx — Technical data

The unpacking station of the EOSINT P 3 series is the workstation where the finished build job is opened after cooling: the parts are freed from the powder cake, and the unsintered powder is collected so that it can be recycled and reused. EOS listed the station in the EOSINT P 395 data sheet as part of Integrated Process Chain Management, together with powder conveying and powder recycling. It measures 1,190 × 620 × 1,500 mm, making it considerably more compact than its counterpart for the large P 7 systems. For newer systems EOS offers the combined Unpacking & Sieving Station.

A used unpacking station is mainly of interest to operators of a P 3xx or buyers taking over machine and station together. It is important that the mount fits the existing exchangeable frame. Check extraction and filters, seals, earthing and suitability for combustible dusts. Operating instructions and the declaration of conformity should be included.
