Envisiontec Perfactory 4 Standard XL — Technical data

The Perfactory 4 Standard XL is the large-area variant of EnvisionTEC's Perfactory 4 Standard. With the same 1,920 × 1,200 pixel projector, different optics enlarge the build area to 192 × 120 mm, with a build height of 180 or 230 mm. The price is a coarser grid: 100 µm native and 50 µm with ERM instead of 83 and 42 µm. In Z the dynamic range runs from 15 to 150 µm according to the data sheet. External dimensions of 73 × 48 × 135 cm, a weight of 85 kg and a single-phase supply apply to the whole range according to the sheet. It targets more parts per build job.

For a used Standard XL, confirm the version from the nameplate and build platform, as the variants are hard to tell apart from the outside. Important points are light source hours, whether LED or lamp is fitted, and even exposure into the corners of the larger area. Vat, platform and Z drive belong in the visual inspection, and a test print shows dimensional accuracy.
