Envisiontec Perfactory 4 Standard — Technical data

The Perfactory 4 Standard belongs to the fourth Perfactory generation from EnvisionTEC, a range of floor-standing DLP resin printers. A projector with 1,920 × 1,200 pixels exposes a 160 × 100 mm build area, with a choice of 180 or 230 mm build height. Natively this gives 83 µm in XY, or 42 µm with ERM edge smoothing; in Z it works dynamically between 25 and 150 µm. The LED version documented here states a light source life of around 10,000 hours. The unit measures 73 × 48 × 135 cm, weighs 85 kg and runs on standard mains power. The family was later replaced by the P4K models.

When buying used, first establish whether it is an LED or an older lamp version and which build height is fitted, as spare parts and maintenance differ. Then check projector or LED hours, calibration across the full area, vat condition and build platform. The Perfactory software needs a control PC, which should be handed over together with licences and material parameters. EnvisionTEC resins were matched to the system; after the change of ownership, their supply should be secured in advance.
