Envisiontec P4K 90 — Technical data

The P4K 90 is the largest version of EnvisionTEC's P4K DLP family: with a 90 µm voxel size, the 4K projector spans a build area of 230 × 143.75 mm at 220 mm build height. That is around six and a half times the area of the P4K 35, though at a grid more than two and a half times coarser. This version suits larger parts up to about 230 mm in length, or many parts per job, where 90 µm detail is enough. Z resolution of 25 to 150 µm, LED exposure and Envision One RP software are the same as on the P4K 35, 62 and 75. It was introduced in 2018 as the Perfactory P4K, later sold as the ETEC P4K, and has belonged to EnvisionTEC GmbH since 2025.

For a used P4K 90, check the installation site, as the stated machine height varies between 150 and 160 cm. Also check the light source, even calibration across the full area, vat and platform, and any interchangeable lens fitted.
