Envisiontec GmbH P4K 35 — Technical data

The P4K 35 is the finest version of EnvisionTEC's P4K DLP family (formerly Perfactory P4K). A 4K projector with 2,560 × 1,600 pixels exposes 35 µm voxels in XY, so the build area measures only 90 × 56 mm at 200 mm height; in Z it works with 25 to 150 µm depending on the resin. It is therefore aimed at very small, detailed parts where edges and surfaces matter more than the number of parts per job. Its siblings, the P4K 62, 75 and 90, trade resolution for larger build areas. Exposure is by LED, and print preparation runs in Envision One RP; since 2025 EnvisionTEC has no longer been part of Desktop Metal.

A used P4K 35 only makes sense if the parts fit within 90 × 56 mm. Check light source age and calibration status, vat and build platform – according to the manual, the platform is matched to the unit and marked with its serial number. Only EnvisionTEC resins are approved, so their supply after the change of ownership should be secured.
