Envisiontec GmbH Envision One XL — Technical data

The Envision One XL is the tall version of EnvisionTEC's cDLM resin printer. It takes over the build area (180 × 101 mm), 385 nm LED light source and resolution (93 µm native, 60 µm enhanced, Z 50 to 150 µm) of the standard model but extends build height from 175 to 330 mm. This allows elongated parts to be printed upright in one piece where the standard unit would require splitting or laying them flat, and several parts can be stacked. The data sheet gives no dimensions or weight for the XL. Like the entire EnvisionTEC line, the printer has belonged to EnvisionTEC GmbH under Anzu Partners since 2025, no longer to Desktop Metal.

The XL pays off mainly when parts taller than 175 mm come up regularly. When buying used, have the version confirmed on the nameplate and check light source hours, the condition of vat, film and the longer Z axis, and calibration. Resin approvals and their availability after the change of ownership should be clarified beforehand.
