Envisiontec GmbH Envision One cDLM HT — Technical data
The Envision One cDLM HT is the heated version of EnvisionTEC's cDLM resin printer. Build volume (180 × 101 × 175 mm), 385 nm LED projector, resolution and housing match the standard unit; added is a closed-loop infrared heater that brings the resin in the vat up to 75 °C and the build platform up to 100 °C. This allows highly viscous resins, or resins that are solid at room temperature, to be printed, which are hard to process without heating. EnvisionTEC launched the HT platform in November 2020 together with Henkel, which validated Loctite resins for it – such as flame-retardant 3955 HDT280 FST, which Henkel says passes aerospace fire-safety tests, or the IND402 elastomer for lattice structures. Since 2025 EnvisionTEC has belonged to Anzu Partners.
The HT is the choice for technical end-use parts with heat-deflection or fire-safety requirements; for dental models and standard resins the Envision One or the taller One XL is enough. When buying used, check heating and temperature control in a test print, along with light source hours, vat, film and platform. Before buying, clarify whether the Loctite resins and their print parameters are still available after the change of ownership.
