Envisiontec GmbH Envision One — Technical data

The Envision One is a compact resin printer from EnvisionTEC using continuous exposure (cDLM): an oxygen-permeable film prevents sticking, so the part grows continuously out of the vat without peeling. The standard version builds 180 × 101 × 175 mm, and a 385 nm LED light source achieves 93 µm native and 60 µm enhanced XY resolution. At 32 kg with a single-phase supply, the unit fits on a lab bench. It was launched at the end of 2018 as the cDLM Dental and cDLM Mechanical editions; the XL version offers 330 mm of height on the same build area. Since 2025 EnvisionTEC has no longer belonged to Desktop Metal.

The standard version is sufficient as long as parts stay below 175 mm in height, such as dental models or small functional parts. When buying used, light source hours, the condition of vat and film, build platform and calibration count. As the data sheet lists no materials, find out which resins are approved and whether they are still available after the change of ownership.
