Creaform HandySCAN EVO Elite — Technical data

The HandySCAN EVO Elite is the top model of the EVO series. It works with 46 blue laser lines, an extra line and a laser pointer and captures 2.8 million measurements per second. According to the manufacturer, accuracy is 0.020 mm, volumetric accuracy 0.020 mm + 0.020 mm/m, and 0.020 mm + 0.015 mm/m with the Accu+ Kit. Acceptance testing follows ISO 10360. It also offers software functions such as a real-time AR deviation display and QR code reading.

For buyers of a used EVO Elite it is crucial that the Elite functions remain unlocked in the licence; have the manufacturer confirm the scope of the Creaform.OS and Metrology Suite licence and its transferability to the new owner. Request a recent acceptance report to ISO 10360 and plan a recalibration if it is older. There is also a Limited Edition rated at 0.015 mm; the rating plate and report show which variant you have.
